Visualization Component for Protein Properties

This was an interdisciplinary project I worked on during my master’s. The goal was to build an easy to use protein feature visualization component for proteomicsdb.org. The final component is based on an existing visualization component by the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), wrapped in Vue.js. In addition to various changes I had to make to the EBI component, I created new API endpoints using SAP HANA XSA and wrote adapters to support multiple sources for protein features.
